Founded by Dallah Albaraka in 2021, Fawasel was established to spearhead the group’s efforts in the entertainment and tourism sectors in Saudi Arabia, as part of Dallah's continued commitment to being a success partner in realizing the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. Ahmad Kamel
Managing Director, Entertainment & Tourism
Driven by Dallah Albaraka’s striving for the development of humanity, the Group aims to make lasting contributions to the Kingdom’s continued development for the betterment of people and communities. Following our success in launching multiple new entertainment concepts and establishing world-class touristic destinations, we decided to leverage our expertise and founded a specialized arm dedicated to advancing the Saudi entertainment and tourism sectors: Fawasel. For us Fawasel is more than a business investment in a thriving industry, it is an investment in our nation’s future and a promise to enrich lives.
Abdulaziz Baroum
Commercial Director
A senior business executive with a background in both multinational corporations and family businesses. Started in brand management at Procter & Gamble, earned an MBA from Babson (#1 school for entrepreneurship), and launched & managed several businesses. Has a deep understanding of market dynamics and extensive experience in partnership formation and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to create value and drive growth.

A dynamic industry professional with accumulated extensive experience in implementation management, systems engineering, project leadership, and operational roles across various sectors has enabled the effective oversight and enhancement of various operational facets within organizations.

Excelled in product sales management, lead generation, and business growth, consistently achieving strategic objectives, revenue generation, and surpassing sales targets through proficient lead identification, qualification, and closing using top-tier negotiation and contracting skills.

In 2021, Dallah Albaraka established Fawasel to spearhead the group’s efforts in the entertainment and tourism sectors in Saudi Arabia, as part of Dallah’s continued commitment to being a successful partner in realizing the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
Fawasel specializes in creating entertainment and tourism concepts and experiences from inception to development. We strive to deliver unique and unforgettable experiences for locals and international visitors alike.
With the introduction of Battle Dome, Fawasel is now the exclusive creator of the captivating combat experiences hub in Saudi Arabia and has participated in Riyadh Season 2021, 2022, and 2023, Jeddah Season 2022, and has now opened a permanent location at Shallal theme park.
Fawasel participated in the 2023-2024 Riyadh season.
Fawasel has positioned itself as a leading industry player through ambitious, long-term projects. One notable initiative is our family entertainment center (FEC), the DockX, which opened in February 2024 at Red Sea Mall in Jeddah.
Furthermore, Fawasel is strategically planning to enter the kingdom-wide tourism infrastructure market, with several projects in various regions on the horizon.
